Company docs

Manuals, FAQs, certificates and pricing rules the AI checks before writing, replying or researching buyers.

Knowledge → Company docs in the sidebar.

What to put here

Product manuals, spec sheets, FAQs, certificates, pricing rules, after-sales policy, case studies, your company profile: anything you want the AI to stick to when it writes. The more complete it is, the more accurate the content and replies; it won't invent what isn't there.

Adding docs
  • Upload files: PDF, Word (.docx), txt, md, csv or HTML, several at once. The text is read on your computer and the original is kept, so you can "Open the original" later. Scanned or image-only PDFs have no text to read; copy the text and use "Paste text" instead;
  • Add a web page: product pages, About or FAQ on your site; the text on the page is saved;
  • Paste text: copy it from a document, email or chat.
Summaries

"AI summary" on each doc has the assistant read it and write a summary (what it is, plus the models, specs, MOQ and certificates you can quote from it) and a few tags. Anything that contradicts Company & products goes into the notes.

Click a doc to see the extracted text and edit its title, tags and notes. "Archive" the ones you no longer use (the AI stops checking them), or delete them.

How the AI uses them

Before writing articles, suggesting topics, drafting inquiry replies or researching buyers, the assistant searches here by keyword and tells you which docs it relied on ("Based on: XX product manual"). When a doc contradicts the product catalog in Company & products, the catalog wins.

"Try a search" on the page uses the same search as the assistant: type a few keywords to see which passages come up. If nothing does, the docs don't cover it, or try other words.
