# Prospecting

AI drafts your customer profile, finds people through Apollo, scores them and writes an opener; good ones become inquiries.

Customers → Prospecting in the sidebar. Needs your own Apollo account: create an API key in Apollo and add it under Annulo Settings → Secrets as APOLLO\_API\_KEY.

Five steps

1. **Profile**: "AI customer profile" has the assistant read your company details, products and company docs, then describe which industries, regions, company sizes and roles to target, and whom to exclude;
2. **Confirm filters**: the profile becomes Apollo filters (titles, seniority, locations, industry keywords, company size); edit them and "Save filters";
3. **Find people**: "Start" searches Apollo. Searching uses no credits;
4. **AI scoring**: everyone gets 0–100 for fit, a one-line reason and an English opening line for a LinkedIn invite or the first line of an email; 60+ counts as qualified;
5. **Done**: qualified people are listed first.

Next

- **To inquiry**: moves the person into Inquiries, where you research them, draft a reply and track the stage on the board;
- **LinkedIn**: opens their profile in your own browser so you can connect yourself. Nothing sends invites or messages automatically, so your account stays safe;
- **Reveal emails**: tick a few people and click "Reveal emails"; 1 Apollo credit each;
- **Skip**: for poor fits.

To target another kind of customer, start a new batch.
